Welcome! The Crestwood Library was conceived of and founded by a vibrant and determined group of women in the 1920’s. Three decades later an equally resolute coterie of neighbors established a Friends’ organization to carry on the work of the initial founders.
This fall the Crestwood Library will celebrate
100 Years
We would like to secure another hundred years of service for this community. Please help us continue the tradition by joining us at our programs and by becoming a member of the Friends of Crestwood Library.
We also hope to publish a yearbook of stories: 100 Stories for 100 Years! Please contribute your library story by sending it as an attachment to friendsofcrestwoodlibrary@gmail.com or drop a paper copy at the library’s main desk at 16 Thompson Avenue.
